KRE Security is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator / Dispatcher to support overnight operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in scheduling dispatch workforce coordination or operations support.
Youll manage real-time staffing across multiple client sites respond to call-offs and keep operations running smoothly. This is a fast-paced high-impact position with clear growth opportunities into operations or management roles.
What Youll Do
- Build and manage employee schedules across multiple locations
- Fill open shifts and handle call-offs in real time
- Dispatch and communicate with field staff and supervisors
- Monitor attendance availability and staffing gaps
- Maintain accurate scheduling records logs and reports
What Were Looking For
- 13 years of experience in scheduling dispatch or workforce coordination
- Strong skills in Microsoft 365 Outlook and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operations or dispatch environment
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Reliable organized and detail-oriented
