About Us

Wyong Christian Community School is a wonderful school with a fantastic community. Set on 28 acres in a beautiful rural setting we have been building Gods Kingdom for 32 years.

Applications are invited from a qualified Secondary Teachers across a range of subjects with a strong commitment to Christian Education. We are seeking to engage a skilled and dedicated educator who inspires students to achieve their God-given potential. The successful candidate will contribute to a collaborative and innovative learning environment fostering critical thinking and problem-solving in our position is open to teachers from a range of teaching backgrounds.

Selection Criteria

In their applications candidates should:

• affirm a personal belief in the schoolsStatement of Faith as well as active involvement within their local church;
• display a high standard of competency proficiency and innovation within the classroom empowering students to creatively express themselves;
• provide evidence of exemplary teaching skills together with sound curriculum knowledge;
• be an effective and reflective practitioner who displays strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• be committed to pedagogical advancement in their classroom; and
• demonstrate strong administrative skills with high flexibility and adaptability.
• confidently use digital tools integrating a variety of computing digital design and software applications to enhance curriculum delivery.

It would be desirable for candidates to have:

• an understanding of Explicit Instruction.
