Job Description Project Management Intern
Assist Project Coordination
Support the Project Manager in coordinating daily project activities including internal and external task follow-ups.
Project Documentation Support
Prepare organize and maintain project documents such as schedules reports drawings and correspondence.
Progress Monitoring
Assist in tracking project progress against timelines and help identify potential delays or issues.
Communication Liaison
Facilitate communication between internal teams (engineering procurement production) and external parties (clients vendors).
Data Analysis & Reporting
Compile and analyze project data and assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Meeting & MoM Preparation
Support meeting preparation record Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and ensure proper follow-up of action items.
Basic Procurement & Logistics Support
Assist in tracking material deliveries monitoring schedules and coordinating with suppliers.
Site & Field Support (if required)
Provide support during site activities such as inspections and project visits when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Electrical Mechanical Industrial Engineering or Management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive detail-oriented and able to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interest in project management and engineering projects
