Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Executive to manage endtoend order processing (order punching) in SAP support the sales team and ensure accurate and timely execution of customer orders. The ideal candidate should have strong working knowledge of Excel handson experience in sales operations and exposure to SAP which will be a key advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Punch and process customer sales orders in SAP accurately and within defined timelines
- Coordinate with Sales Supply Chain Logistics and Finance teams for smooth order execution
- Monitor order lifecycle from order creation to dispatch and billing
- Maintain and update order data pricing schemes and customer information in SAP
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly MIS reports using Advanced Excel
- Track pending orders deliveries and invoicing; resolve discrepancies proactively
- Support sales teams with data analysis order status updates and operational queries
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs approvals and audit requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Sales Operations / Order Management
- Strong handson experience in Order Punching / Order Processing
- SAP experience is an advantage (SD module preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Pivot Tables formulas data analysis)
- Good understanding of sales processes pricing and commercial operations
- High level of accuracy attention to detail and process orientation
- Strong coordination and communication skills

- Ability to handle high volumes of orders under tight timelines
