The Role
This position offers the opportunity to take on a senior technical and leadership role contributing to both project delivery and the ongoing development of the acoustics offering.
Responsibilities will include:
Delivering building acoustics and environmental noise assessments across a range of development projects
Preparing high-quality technical reports and acoustic assessments
Advising clients architects and design teams on acoustic design solutions
Managing project delivery from proposal through to completion
Supporting business development and client relationship management
Mentoring and supporting junior consultants within the team
Contributing to the growth and strategic direction of the acoustics team
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
6 years experience within acoustics consultancy
Experience delivering projects across residential and commercial developments
Strong technical knowledge of UK acoustic standards and guidance (e.g. BB93 BS8233 ProPG Building Regulations Part E)
Membership of the Institute of Acoustics (IOA) or working towards Chartered status
