Job Description & Summary

Step into a senior leadership role with PwCs Insurance and Transformation Consulting team as our Customer & Business Transformation Senior Manager in a hybrid work model.Youlllead endtoendprogrammesacross underwriting claims policyadministrationand distribution partnering with senior client executivesandlead complex technologyenabled transformationprogrammesfor insurance clients. You will shape core systems transformation strategies oversee large delivery teams and ensure that technologyinvestmentsenablesustainable business and customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guideandoverseelargescale core systems and digital transformation engagements within insurance working collaboratively with clients and teams to deliver meaningful outcomes

  • Definetransformationdeliveryroadmaps and technologyenabled business strategies aligned to clientobjectives.

  • Provide senior leadership andqualityassurance across multiple technology and business workstreams.

  • Act as a senior advisor to client executives on coresystemsmodernisationand digital enablement.

  • Develop PwC capability through coaching mentoring and contribution to practice growth and propositions.

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams working closely with senior client executives and key stakeholders to ensure projectobjectivesaremetandprogrammegovernance ismaintained.

  • Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle from business case development through design implementation and post-deployment reviews ensuringtimelyand quality deliverables.

  • Communicate complex insurance and transformation concepts clearly and persuasivelytailoring messaging for diverse audiences including C-suite executives technical teams and client operational staff.

  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with technology vendors and alliance partners.

  • Collaborate on shaping innovative insurance solutions addressing regulatory changes digital disruption changing customer expectations and emerging technology adoption.

  • Foster strong relationships internally within PwC and externally with clients and key partners to support collaborative delivery and knowledge sharing.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and regulatory developments affecting the insurance industry globally and regionally integrating these insights into your consulting approach to deliver forward-looking advice and solutions.

Experience & Skills

  • Provendemonstrableexperienceof 8 10 yearsleading core systems or large technologyenabledtransformationprogrammesfor the Insurance sector(life non-life re-insurance or specialty lines)

  • Deep knowledge of insurance platforms ( Administration Claims ecosystems) and their business impact.

  • Collaborativeleadership commercialand stakeholderpartnershipcapabilities at executive level.

  • Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leading teams in a collaborative inclusive way

  • Proven ability to align technologychangewith business strategy and operating model outcomes.
