As aCapabilities & LearningManager you willjoin the Global Capabilities & Learning (C&L) Organization andbe responsible for designing and deliveringCapabilities & LearningPrograms workshops and resources that enhance the skills and knowledge of our teams ultimately driving business growth and efficiency under the direction of theDirectorCapabilities & LearningMarketing & R&D.

EssentialFunctions &Responsibilities

  • Own the design development and delivery of acapabilities &learning portfolio on a global scale including overall project managementinstructional designbudgeting and vendor management whereappropriate inpartnership and collaboration withdifferent solution partners (e.g.Global and ZoneFunctionalLeads ITand HRBPs).

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement encouraging feedback and innovation.

  • Think beyond just learning drivingintegrated approach that encompasses process and technology to truly unlock behavior change

  • Design the end-to-end learning experience for curriculums across a variety of modalities including live in-person virtuallive on-demand and job-aides.

  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of programsidentifyingareas forimprovementandimplementingchanges as needed.

  • Manage budget and resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery ofCapability & Learningprograms.

Expected Experience& Required Skills

  • Proventrack recordof designing and delivering successfullearning& capabilityexperiencesacross multiple modalitiesthat drive business results

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience measuring and evaluating program effectiveness

  • 3 years of experience working in a global organization with understanding of cultural and regional nuances

  • Bachelors degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$104200.00 - $130200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors
