Job Summary
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a results driver Product Development Analyst to drivebest practicesand support the technology organization to achievebest in class customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety Management
- Complies withand enforces all company safety procedures and completes all safety training asrequired
- Identifiesand cultivates opportunities to improve working area conditions and works with maintenance and engineering on the implementation ofnew ideas
- Reports all safety related incidents andassistsin the investigation of root causes and development of corrective actions
Raw MaterialCodeManagement
- Entry of raw materials in ERP system
- Consolidationof raw materials including qualificationwork on generic codes anduse ofoptimalraw materials in active formulation
- Design change form management
- Initial data collection on new additive and resin samples
- Technical database development
Inventory Control Management
- Drive NC team meetings and develop action plansforwork-offofNC materials
- Developaction plans for work-off of aged good inventory
- Coordinate activities related to raw material palette consolidation
Product Development
- TDSand tech bulletinmanagement
- Customer contract management
MinimumRequirements:
Bachelorsdegree in chemistryor engineeringorfiveor more years of experience inproduct development.
Salary Range:
$75000 - $100000
