Responsibilities
Builds strong relationships with customers and team members
Prepares repair orders and ensures timely accurate service updates
Provides honest and accurate cost and time estimates
Recommends additional services with integrity and transparency
Follows up to ensure high customer satisfaction
Maintains strong CSI scores and meets performance benchmarks
Strives for continuous improvement within a competitive pay structure
