Modivcare is looking for an experienced Field Services Specialist I to join our team responsible for supporting field investigations provider compliance and training oversight to ensure adherence to service standards and contractual requirements. This role partners with leadership and providers to maintain high-quality service delivery and support operational initiatives.
This role
- Assists in scheduling field work in collaboration with organizational leadership
- Supports and conducts scheduled and random site visits to healthcare facilities and contracted providers to verify service levels adherence to contract standards and on-time performance
- Tracks and maintains train-the-trainer certifications for Passenger Assistance programs
- Attends training sessions conducted by third-party trainers to ensure compliance with CTAA/NSC instructional standards
- Assists in evaluating trainer compliance with required training standards
- Communicates findings to leadership and supports development of corrective action plans
- Supports oversight of training compliance with organizational curriculum requirements
- Assists with network digitization platform utilization and market-specific initiatives
- Participates in additional projects and duties as assigned
- May require occasional business travel
We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following
- High School Diploma required
- Zero (0) plus years of experience
- Valid drivers license for the appropriate vehicle type
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Basic knowledge of healthcare regulations
- Understanding of local road laws and ability to use maps and/or GPS
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to follow complex instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Willingness and ability to travel locally up to 75% or more within the assigned state
- Ability to use a hands-free mobile phone
Salary: $14.23-$20.00
