About the Opportunity
This is a field-based relationship-driven sales role where your success comes from showing up consistently building trust and helping customers solve real problems they already care about.
Youll follow a planned daily route across the southwest suburbs of Minneapolis meeting with property managers and facility teams who control repair decisions. Our service is simple highly visual and easy to stand behindonce people see the results they tend to keep calling you back.
No prior sales experience is required. If you bring strong communication skills reliability and a willingness to learn well train you to succeed.

- $62000$92000 OTE (On-Target Earnings)
- Base salary uncapped commission bonuses

What Your Day Looks Like
This is a structured active field role - not a desk job.
- Start your morning by planning your route and reviewing follow-ups from the previous day
- Visit 1215 properties daily across areas like Minnetonka Eden Prairie Edina Hopkins and St. Louis Park
- Walk into apartment communities maintenance offices and commercial properties to introduce yourself and build relationships
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand each propertys repair needs and priorities
- Follow up with contacts keep your pipeline active and turn early conversations into long-term accounts
- Log visits notes and next steps in our CRM system before wrapping up your day
- Attend a weekly team meeting to review wins numbers and coaching insights

We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.
- Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
- Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
