What Your Day Looks Like
This is a structured active field role - not a desk job.
Start your morning by planning your route and reviewing follow-ups from the previous day
Visit 1215 properties daily across areas like Minnetonka Eden Prairie Edina Hopkins and St. Louis Park
Walk into apartment communities maintenance offices and commercial properties to introduce yourself and build relationships
Ask thoughtful questions to understand each propertys repair needs and priorities
Follow up with contacts keep your pipeline active and turn early conversations into long-term accounts
Log visits notes and next steps in our CRM system before wrapping up your day
Attend a weekly team meeting to review wins numbers and coaching insights

We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.
Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
