• Visit 1215 properties daily across areas like Minnetonka Eden Prairie Edina Hopkins and St. Louis Park
• Walk into apartment communities maintenance offices and commercial properties to introduce yourself and build relationships
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each propertys repair needs and priorities
• Follow up with contacts keep your pipeline active and turn early conversations into long-term accounts
• Log visits notes and next steps in our CRM system before wrapping up your day
• Attend a weekly team meeting to review wins numbers and coaching insights
