What Youll Do as a Day Maker:

• Provide outstanding service at the pay station every interaction is a chance to make a guests day.
• Promote memberships with integrity by focusing on guests needs and demonstrating valueexceptional service drives natural membership growth.
• Build positive relationships with guests making them feel welcome and appreciated.
• Ensure everything at the pay station runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional appearance that reflects the Bluewave brand.

Compensation:

• $13 - $15per hour
• Enjoyfree car washes as part of our team!
• This is afull-time day-shift position with 35-40 hours a week.

What Were Looking For:

• A friendly positive attitude that makes guests feel comfortable.
• Prior sales experience is required but were committed to supporting and training motivated individuals who are ready to sharpen their skills.
• Ability to focus on the details and take pride in your work.
