Our exceptional health center staff drives our mission forward by upholding our acclaimed customer service & confidentiality standards and working to create a safe judgement-free space for anyone seeking Planned Parenthood our Telehealth Clinician positionThe Telehealth Family Planning Clinician is part of the staff team that provides reproductive health care services through asynchronous and synchronous modalities in accordance with Planned Parenthood Great Northwest Hawaii Alaska Indiana and Kentucky policies protocols and will you be doing! Understanding committed to and practice a market- and customer-oriented approach to health care delivery. This role will primarily perform these duties through asynchronous and synchronous modalities using telehealth capabilities to communicate with compliance with PPGNHAIK medical protocols triaging examining screening and treating all patients based on current evidence best practices and clinical judgment; follows up abnormal findings and test results appropriately; seeks consultation and makes appropriate new patient services into clinical practice in accordance with protocols and PPGNHAIK contraceptive education and medical interviews such as medical history and respond to clients queries for information of a medical nature either via telephone asynchronous communication or video clinical emergencies and implementing appropriate as a delegator for support staff as required by state regulations (i.e. Medical Assistants).Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with universal precautions OSHA PPFA and PPGNHAIK policies and in community education and staff training as needed and providing regular feedback to the Telehealth Management to needs of the clinical team by including but not limited to:Monitoring virtual waiting roomsProviding real-time technological support to patientsMaintaining medical recordsMaintaining an efficient and clean medical facilityProcessing recordsAccepting individual and joint responsibility for participation in health center efforts for achieving:Three clinician visits per hourRVU goalsAnnual health center fiscal goals in revenue expenses and contribution marginCompliance with all organizational quality assurance guidelines and federal regulations including OSHA Minimum Qualifications:License - Womens Health Care Nurse Practitioner Adult/Family Nurse Practitioner Physicians Assistant Certified Nurse Midwife (ARNP PA or CNM).Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in an OB/GYN-related field preferred Prior experience with remote/telehealth work strongly with EHR systems and information technology is strongly English/Spanish skills one-year prior experience as a Clinician at PPGNHAIK Range:$50.94 - $94.61Position Type: Full- time - Non-exempt This is a union role United Food & Commercial Workers 3000Benefits Eligibility:This position is eligible for PPGNHAIK benefits.
