PRN Unit Secretary Emergency Department

As the Unit Secretary you will:

1. Functions as a communication link from Emergency Department to other departments.
2. Validates and verifies accuracy of ED department charges. (Initial entry of charges is performed by ED RN staff)

Requirements:

Education:

• High School graduate or equivalent

Skills:

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to provide leadership in process improvement.

• Ability to coordinate and work as a team member with various disciplines and departments.

Experience:

• One-year secretarial experience preferred
• Strong computer and organizational skills preferred

SALARY RANGE

• $20.00 to $28.87/hour 14% PRN Differential
• Entry salary dependent upon education skill set and experience.
