What Youll Do

• Respond to all internet leads calls and digital inquiries quickly and professionally

• Execute high-volume outbound follow-up (phone text email)

• Set and confirm qualified showroom appointments

• Provide pricing product information and payment options

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs

• Maintain accurate CRM activity notes and follow-up

• Work with management to maximize show and close rates

What Were Looking For

• 6 months to 2 years automotive sales or BDC experience preferred

• Strong communication skills (phone text email)

• Process-driven with the ability to hit performance targets

• Self-motivated competitive and coachable

• Reliable transportation and ability to commute without issue

• Experience with ELEAD CRM CoVideo Auto iPacket AccuTrade/KBB ICO and Google or Microsoft Office (preferred not required)

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check (in accordance with applicable laws)

• Ability to provide three (3) professional references upon request

Compensation & Benefits
