As a Vendor Management Lead Technical Program Manager within JPMorgan Chase Corporate Sector Chief Technology Office- Identity and Access Management (IAM) you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. You will play a pivotal role in delivering IAM initiatives by orchestrating engagement across internal teams and third-party suppliers. You will organize track and follow up on actions to ensure seamless execution in line with established timelines dependencies and risk management practices. This dynamic hands-on position requires close collaboration with stakeholders in product engineering operations governance sourcing legal HR and supplier organizations. Your leadership will drive successful outcomes through effective stakeholder management clear and transparent reporting and a commitment to continuously improving program processes and documentation.

Job responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated engagement plans for vendor management coordinating delivery across teams and suppliers to ensure timely execution with minimal business disruption
• Monitor progress adjust plans as needed and provide regular senior-level status updates aligned with reporting requirements
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks manage dependencies and drive timely resolution of issues through coordinated action and escalation
• Lead stakeholder and supplier meetings deliver executive-ready summaries (including financial tracking) capture decisions and ensure timely follow-up on action items
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks controls and audit requirements maintaining organized documentation to support all reviews and approvals
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance vendor management and IAM delivery efficiency
• Maintain organized program artifacts and collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint Teams Jira Confluence) for accessible documentation and workflow tracking

• Support management with additional ad-hoc assignments as required

• Identify and mitigate risks proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering product and business stakeholders to define program scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with overall business goals
• Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

• 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills able to break down objectives into actionable tasks
• Skilled in stakeholder management building productive relationships and achieving positive outcomes across teams and suppliers
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities under tight deadlines
• Proactive self-starter comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and eager to learn and apply program management tools and processes
• Experienced with workflow tools (e.g. Jira Confluence) capable of translating complex data into clear summaries and impactful visuals
• Consistently proposes and implements process improvements to enhance program efficiency reporting and stakeholder experience
• Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
• Proven track record of effectively managing resources budgets and high-performing teams in a fast-paced agile environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business technical or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
