About The Role

Access Aged Care is actively seeking expressions of interest from General Practitioners to join our team providing on-site relationship-based medical care to residents within Residential Aged Care Homes across New South Wales.

Weekday hours only no after-hours or on-call requirements with strong clinical and administrative support provided.

This role is designed for GPs who value clinical depth over volume and want to practise in a structured well-supported environment. You will work with a consistent cohort of residents allowing you to build meaningful clinical relationships and deliver thoughtful continuity-focused care without the pace or pressures of traditional general practice.

You will be supported by a dedicated on-site nurse telehealth geriatricians and physicians and a highly experienced administrative team enabling you to focus on clinical decision-making rather than coordination paperwork or logistics.

Requirements

• Current AHPRA Specialist Registration as a General Practitioner.
• RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship required (or nearing completion).
• Availability of 1 day per week initially with opportunity to increase.
• Comfortable with technology including system-based reporting and common clinical software.
• A personal laptop is required to perform the duties of this role.
