• Local Pay: $1069.50/week
• Travel Pay: $1251.50/week

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) this role you will provide direct patient care assist with daily living activities and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

This 12-week contract offers variable day shifts and an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a resident-focused care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming and toileting
• Support mobility transfers and ambulation
• Monitor and report changes in residents conditions to nursing staff
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Ensure a clean safe and supportive environment
• Follow infection control guidelines and facility safety protocols

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Prior Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Commitment to delivering high-quality compassionate care
