Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction/contractor accounts and experience with EPIC software. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of small to middle-market accounts primarily in the construction and contractor sectors. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60000 - $80000 annually (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of small to middle-market commercial lines accounts with a focus on construction and contractor clients.
- Quote new and renewal business ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial lines account management with a focus on construction/contractor accounts.
- Proficiency in EPIC software is required.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality service.
