Job Summary
TheAnalyst Analyticswill helpto help continue our expansion in ourAnalyticsDepartment.The ideal candidate willhave anunderstanding ofdata analysiswith a track record of building successful analytic approaches.digital metrics;both from a brand and direct response perspective as well asa track recordof successfully building analytic approaches across a broad mix of clients.A major responsibility of this role will be to help build the Horizon Media approach and infrastructure foranalytics(of what)on existing clients as well as provide measurement(of what)guidance on new business pitches.This is a unique opportunity for motivated individuals to help drive innovation and thought leadership throughout a vibrant and dynamic organization.
What Youll Do
50% Data Communication/Cross-Functional Collaboration
Communicate concise data pointstrendsand measurement strategies to a broad audience of both technical and non-technical teamsData points of what measurement strategies of what technical v non what are those teams.
Collaboratewith media planning and brand strategy teams to develop KPIs and reporting methodologies/approaches that match campaign and brand goals
30%KPI/Reporting Methodology Development
Develop processing workflows for data aggregation cleansing and harmonization across multiplemedia platformswhich platforms
Establish QA protocols to ensure accuracy and data granularity for analyses
10% Dashboard/Visualization Building
Build robust data visualizations and interactive dashboards thatare capable of deliveringinformation in an intelligent and digestible manner
10% Analyze Information
Bring forward insights results and suggest optimizations to improve said results
Peel through layers of reported data disregarding the unnecessary to deliver analysis and insight to both internal and external client constituents

Preferred Skills & Experience
Strong analytical skills are required including the ability to analyze raw data identify trend drivers draw conclusions and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes/implications
Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Basic knowledge of data structuring withKnime SQL R Python preferred.
Creative/curious approach to ramping up understanding aspects of digital advertising digital media strategy and standard media measurement
Strong organizational skills with the ability to aggregate information and data from multiple sources
Experience with Tableau or otherdata visualization/dashboarding tools preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey and package technical findings in laymans terms
Ideally1-2 years relevant experiencepreferred.

Salary Range
$66300.00 - $75000.00A successful applicants actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individuals skill sets experience training education licensure/certifications and qualifications for the role.
