Job Summary

As an Executive Assistant reporting to Nasdaqs CFOyoullplay a critical role in enabling senior finance leaders tooperateefficiently across a fast-paced global environment. You will serve as a trusted partner to the CFO and finance leadership team managing complex schedules coordinating strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO and senior finance executives managing priorities across multiple leaders.

  • Serve as a liaison between the CFOs office and internal teams external partners and senior stakeholders to ensure professional communication.

  • Manage complex calendars coordinate travellogistics and organizefinanceleadership events and strategic meetings.

  • Prepare meeting agendas materials and follow-up actions to support cross-functional initiatives and financial planning cycles.

  • Welcome and host guests clients and vendors with professionalismrepresentingthe CFOs office with excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience supporting senior executives ideally in finance accounting or professional services environments.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with high attention to detail.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services fintech or publicly traded companies.

  • Familiarity with business systemsapprovalworkflows and project coordination.

  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This position will be located in New York and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office subject to change providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $79000 - $138000. In addition to base salary Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive) and equity (long-term incentive) comprehensive benefits and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to: skill set experience education/training business needs and market demands.
