This role is perfect for someone who loves the behind-the-scenes magic of retail chatting with vendors and making sure our Pro Shop looks fresh and inviting for our Sunrays families. Your Mission (Responsibilities)

Fresh Finds: Receive unpack and tag new merchandiseits like a mini-holiday every time a shipment arrives!
Shop Transformation: Restock and re-merchandise the floor to keep our shop looking fun new and Sunrays-ready.
Inventory Guru: Track and manage stock to ensure everything is organized and accurate.
Vendor Connection: Chat with our vendors about orders new products and delivery timelines.
Strategic Styling: Identify our best-sellers and low-stock items to help us maximize the fun (and the sales!).
Own It: Maintain high visual standards and cleanliness so our shop always shines.

The Essentials (Requirements)

Age: Must be 18 years or older.
Commitment: About 20 hours per month across our 3 beautiful locations.
Experience: Previous retail experience is required (if you have inventory or ops experience thats a huge plus!).
Skills: Strong organization and communication skills are a must for working with our team and vendors.
Physicality: Ability to stand for a few hours at a time and lift/carry at least 20 lbs.

Arizona Sunrays offers a variety of high-quality programs to our community and to empower individuals through fun and fitness. We provide instruction in gymnastics dance NinjaZone camps and more for ages 6 months through adults. We love inspiring children to find the joy of movement and partnering with local business schools and neighborhood groups to bring our community closer. We are families serving families!

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
