Location: Ahwatukee AZ
Schedule: Monday through Friday Full Time
Assist with staff scheduling and maintaining proper classroom ratios
Help coach mentor and support teaching staff to ensure classroom quality
Conduct tours and assist with enrollment and family engagement
Ensure compliance with Arizona childcare licensing requirements
Support staff meetings trainings and school events
Help maintain a positive and organized school environment for children staff and families
Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required
Must meet Arizona Department of Health Services licensing requirements
Experience working in early childhood education required
Experience managing schedules and supporting classroom ratios
Reliable and organized with strong communication skills
Ability to support both administrative responsibilities and classroom operations
Passion for early childhood education and team development
