SCHEDULE:

• Shifts have some flexibility but generally run from 8a-430p

• Per Diem positions can include full 8 hour days or partial days

• 2 shifts every month are required

• Our service area is all throughout Western Massachusetts

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse

• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR/BLS certification required

• Valid drivers license
