We are working with a leading organisation in global sport to hire a Senior Broadcast Services Coordinator on a fixed-term basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a world-class live event environment supporting the delivery of international broadcast operations at major sporting events.
The Role
You will play a key role in coordinating broadcast services for global events combining detailed planning with on-site delivery. Acting as a central point of contact you will work closely with broadcasters technical teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate planning and delivery of broadcast operations
- Liaise with international broadcasters and internal teams
- Support event logistics site planning and operational delivery
- Attend live events and act as an on-site representative
- Produce accurate documentation and support operational processes
What Were Looking For
- Experience in coordination from within live sports or broadcast environments
- Strong event delivery experience (not just planning)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced high-pressure environments
- Understanding of broadcast or production environments
