What Youll Be Doing

• Take and process customer orders via phone email and other communication channels accurately and professionally.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule and dispatch deliveries on-time cost-efficiently and accurately.
• Track investigate and resolve delivery-related issues including customer complaints late loads and product discrepancies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers carriers and internal teams including outside sales.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What Were Looking For

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing urgencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in administrative support call center inside sales logistics or shared inbox environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Teams with comfort learning new digital tools.
• High attention to detail problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Work Environment:

• This role is exclusively on-site at the Edmonton cement plant
• No offsite travel expectations
• Cubicle workstation within a shared office environment (10 staff total)
• Shift work with rotating 12-hour shifts alternating weekends monthly.
• Will typically work alongside 2 fellow ISRs.
• A highly cyclical pace of work with summer & fall months being substantially busier than winter
