Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our manufacturing leadership team as an ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing operations be comfortable with physical labor work effectively in a team environment and support a continuous production flow by moving whole rubber tires along the grading line and stacking them inside trailers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Stack finished products on pallets
  • Staple label to finished products
  • Assemble boxes for finished goods

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Must be Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • The plant environment will include extreme cold and heat (weather related) working near moving mechanical parts.
  • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud when in the production area.
  • Consistently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
  • Frequently required to stand for 9 hours a day walk; use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear; reach with hands and arms; stoop kneel crouch climb or crawl.

Education and Experience:

  • 1-2 years experience working in an industrial manufacturing operations environment preferred.

Schedule:

  • 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
