What Youll Do:

• Plan direct perform facilitateand monitorthe entire program provision ensuring the overall success of all resident programs in the Reflections Neighborhood
• Facilitate meaningful programs for residents with dementia by taking individual needs into account and assuring customer satisfaction to the highest degree possible
• Serve asan informed expert by staying up-to-date and knowledgeable about all the products and procedures of the community
• Be involved and interact with people (residents families visitors staff home care agency potential referral sources community services other health providers community groups etc.)
• Use computer programs in Microsoft Office for public communicationscalendar creation and newsletter development or be willing to learn and implement

What Youll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be a Certified Dementia Practitioner
• At least 1 year in a programming-related position preferably memory care or experience as a home health aide
• Alzheimers and dementia training
• Have the physical mental and emotional health and energy to perform the requirements of the job
