THEROLE
We areseekinga talented and enthusiasticUXDesigner to join our will play a key role in developingcompelling newappexperiencescollaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative user-centered designsthat integratewithand enhance our physical Shark and Ninja products. You will contribute to all stages of the design process from concept development to prototyping and product implementation ensuring that ourappexperienceselevateour productsand drive consumer satisfaction.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
- Elevate the Shark and Ninja brands by helping to define the connected experience for next-generation hardware products within a multi-disciplinary UX ID & CMF design team.
- Translateconsumer insights anduser research into user-centered solutions that are both functional and engaging.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teamsand senior UX colleaguesto conceptualizeappexperiencesforSharkNinjaproducts.
- Build interactive prototypes to test concepts gather feedback and refine user experiences.
- Collaborate withSWand Product teams to ensure designs are implementable andmaintainvisual and functional integrity.
- Define the look and feel ofaccessibleapp experiences including interface elements color schemes typography and branding withintheSharkNinjaUXdesign system.
- Deliver final UX specs and assetsworkingin lockstep with sprint-based development teams to ensuresuccessful implementation.
ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
- Bachelors degree in UI/UX Design Industrial Design Interaction Design or related discipline.
- A strong portfolioshowcasingrelevantUXdesign workisrequired.
- 2-4years of experience inUXdesignformobileexperiences on iOS and Android.
- Experience with physical products ishighlydesirable.
- Proficiencyin UX design toolsincludingFigmaandAdobe Creative using AI toolsin thedesignprocessis astrong plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment at the intersection ofsoftware and hardware experiences.
- Strong analyticalthinking thatleads to creative solutions and innovative ideas.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
- Strong teamplayer with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
