Job Summary

We are excited to open an opportunity for a full-time Architectural Designer to join the team in the design of multi-family hospitality commercial and institutional buildings from design through construction.
Candidates must have a Bachelor of Architecture degree or a Master of Architecture degree and 3-5 years of professional architectural design experience. Candidates should also have experience in the following skill sets:
- Experience in Revit Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite
- A strong design voice and the ability to clearly communicate through graphic illustration skills
- Proficiency in creating renderings diagrams and developing presentation documents
- Demonstrated experience designing architectural projects in various phases
- Experience fabricating and assembling physical models and mock-ups
- Excellent written verbal and presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas to various levels of individuals including clients consultants and architects
- Ability to organize and manage tasks and priorities on different projects to meet deadlines
- Be highly motivated curious collaborative creative
