COMPENSATION RANGE: $70K-$110K based on experience

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven track record in automotive sales required

Previous leadership and management experience preferred

Strong deal structuring and closing skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Highly motivated goal-oriented and professional

Must have a clean and valid drivers license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Approach customers while their vehicle is being services

Lead and develop the Service-to- Sales process

Identify upgrade and equity opportunities within the service drive

Collaborate with Service and Sales teams to maximize conversation

Deliver exceptional customer experience from service to sale

Any other duties assigned by manager
