Summary
CentraCare is seeking a compassionate skillful Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our comprehensive Neurosciences team focusing on Neurology services. You will work collaboratively with neurologists and multidisciplinary care teams to provide high-quality care for patients with a wide range of neurological conditions. Provide evaluation and management for a broad spectrum of acute and chronic neurological conditions across the lifespan.

Schedule

• Full-Time 1.0 FTE

• Monday Friday 8:00am 4:30pm

• No weekends Holidays or call

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range:$116480 - $156936 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education experience skills knowledge location and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses quality incentives or production-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Minnesota Physician Assistant Licensure
• Current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card
• Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges.
• Experience in Neurology Neurosurgery Pain Management or Acute Care preferred.
• Open to new grads
