Summary

This position offers the ability to tailor your clinical focus to your interests while practicing outpatient psychiatry and ECTalongside physicians and APPs on a 12-bed adult inpatient unit supported by strong staffing excellent teamwork and a manageable call schedule.

• Day shifts 8am-5pm

• Call is 1: 5

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range:$300000 - $333000 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education experience skills knowledge location and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses quality incentives or production-based compensation.

Required:

• BE/BC in Psychiatry

• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure

CentraCare Willmar serves as the southwestern hub of CentraCares multi-specialty network and supports psychiatric services across Rice Memorial Hospital and associated outpatient facilities. The program includes a 12-bed adult inpatient unit and a collaborative care model with strong nursing therapy and interdisciplinary support. Physicians practice in a well-resourced environment with access to onsite pharmacy lab services procedure space rehabilitation therapies and system-wide outreach resources all within an integrated regional referral setting.
