As a Tool & Model Maker youll support manufacturing by building improving and troubleshooting production tooling including:

• Stamping and injection molding dies
• CNC machining fixtures
• Inspection gages assembly tooling and test equipment

Youll work from CAD models drawings sketches and verbal instructions while collaborating with a skilled team in a hands-on tool room environment.

• Build modify and troubleshoot production tools
• Operate machine tools and standard tool room equipment
• Use precision measuring instruments
• Analyze problems and develop practical tooling solutions
• Manage work to meet quality and schedule expectations
• Follow all safety rules and best practices

• High school diploma or GED
• Tool room experience with production tooling
• Ability to read and work from CAD drawings and prints
• Strong problem-solving and job-planning skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
