Personal Lines Account Manager (PLAM)

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager (PLAM) to join a dynamic and growth-oriented team. This role involves managing a book of business providing A-Z servicing for personal lines accounts and supporting producers in placing new business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This is a hybrid position with a preference for candidates who can work onsite.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $60000 - $70000 annually
• Commission: 25% of new business sourced in the first year
• 401(k): 4% match after one year
• Benefits: Full medical coverage after 90 days including HSA/FSA plans

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business worth approximately $350000 in revenue with account sizes ranging from $500 to $3000.
• Provide end-to-end servicing for personal lines accounts including quoting new and renewal business.
• Assist producers in placing new business with standard carriers such as Auto-Owners Travelers Safeco Progressive Hagerty Chubb AIG and Vault.
• Utilize AMS360 and EZLynx for rating and account management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients carriers and team members.
• Collaborate with a team of 6 Account Managers and 2 support staff across Florida and Georgia.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Georgia Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses are required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 and EZLynx (preferred).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Work Environment: Hybrid role with a preference for onsite availability. Remote candidates may be considered based on qualifications.
