Raytheon is hiring a Sr. Logistics Analyst that will play a role in all shipping receiving and warehousing activities across the Camden site. Tasks to be performed will entail physical and systematic processing of inbound/outbound shipments while working with the broader Camden team to support factory operations. The candidate must be able to work and think independently.
What You Will Do
Prepare and pack materials for outbound shipments in accordance with company standards.
Perform physical movement of materials using standard material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Verify accuracy of physical assets to support documentation upon arrival/departure to ensure any discrepancies are identified and addressed in a timely manner.
Support and resolve medium to complex challenges related to Procurements efforts Purchase Order utilization and warehouse operations.
Identify and implement improvements in warehouse layout and material flow to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain thorough knowledge of hazardous material classifications and ensure proper handling in compliance with all DOT Regulations OSHA Standards and RTX Safety Guidelines.
Coordinate and certify shipments in accordance with 49 CFR IATA NISPOM 32 CFR AFMAN and the Defense Transportation Regulations.
Conduct cycle counts and perform other inventory accuracy procedures to achieve and maintain 100% material accountability.
Build and maintain effective relationships with all levels of Internal Stakeholders as well as External Stakeholders including but not limited to supplier vendors and customers.
Routinely analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and develop action plans aligned with organizational objectives.
Maintain concise and well-coordinated records complying with all document retention requirements.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
Experience with MS Office.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
Strong ability to build collaborative relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Demonstrated material accountability across multiple projects with competing priorities.
Solid understanding of performance metrics and experience with developing and implementing root cause analyses and corrective action plans.
Proficiency with MRP systems and related tools.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements including but not limited to CFR DFAR FAR ITAR DoD OSHA and DSS.

The salary range for this role is 68900 USD - 131100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
