• At least 13 years of hands-on experience in residential plumbing service (more is a plus)
• Must hold a valid Washington State PL01 (Journeyman Plumber) or PL02 (Residential Plumber) license
• Current and valid drivers license required
• Proven track record of effectively selling plumbing services and solutions to clients

• Annual earnings range: $95000 $140000

• Handle mainly residential plumbing service calls including diagnostics fixes and installations
• Troubleshoot and repair/replace items such as faucets toilets water heaters garbage disposals drain lines and water filtration setups
• Respond to both scheduled maintenance visits and urgent/emergency requests
• Interpret building plans specifications and local codes to plan the best approach for each job
• Follow all company safety guidelines and protocols consistently
• Approximately 90% of assignments involve single-family homes with occasional multi-family or similar project
