Key Responsibilities
- Review internal processes and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain quality control standards across multiple workflow areas
- Identify errors discrepancies or compliance concerns and report findings to management
- Assist in implementing process improvements
- Monitor phone calls for compliance accuracy and adherence to legal and procedural requirements
- Work under deadlines to ensure timely and accurate review of work products
- Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent operational quality
- Ability to commute to our Farmington Hills office (this is an onsite position)
- Strong computer skills including solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and errors
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
