Hours: 8:30 am 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
Position Description:
- Provide customer service and support for office administrative staff
- Close transactions distribute commission checks
- Apply commission and escrow deposits including balancing reports
- Address customer inquiries via phone and email
- Follow procedures guidelines and policies
- Engage in company values
- Two years of experience in an operations support/customer service role or related experience
- Two year degree preferred
- Strong customer service interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills
