As a receptionist youll ensure every patient feels valued from the moment they arrive functioning as the welcoming face of our healthcare facility. Working onsite you will report to the Manager Clinic/Center Administration. Youll manage front desk operations support clinical staff and help maintain a smooth and compassionate environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic setting and enjoys making a positive impact on others.As a Receptionist 1 youll:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly in person and over the phone creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments manage calendars and collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient flow.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EMR and CRM systems.
- Update patient accounts and collect copays when needed.
- Handle incoming calls respond to inquiries and provide general information and empathy.
- Keep the reception area clean stocked and organized.
- Help with supply orders inventory management and courier coordination.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year or more of experience working in a Healthcare setting preferred but will consider candidates with a strong Customer Service background in Retail Hospitality Call Centers etc.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving patient experiences and care
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel Outlook Access)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Value-based care model experience
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
