Position Summary / Purpose
Support multiple Project Managers and their teams in creatinghigh levelsof customer satisfaction byestablishingcollaborative relationships among the project teams and constituent groups resolving issues withcustomersand promoting the concept of integrated systems.
Assistin the coordination schedulingand facilitation of thetimelyand profitable delivery of all servicesto rapidly returncustomersproperty to pre-loss condition.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Supportfacilitateand coordinate the work of multiple project teams and Project Managers
Identifyand remove barriers to successful completion of overallprojects
Serve as primary point of contact with external vendor representatives insurance adjusters project managersandcustomers
Develop customer material allowances and selectionsheets
Complete and track contracts invoices submittalsand estimates
Providetimelyproject status updates to Project Managers
Maintain project workfiles
Prepare change orders andsupplements
Facilitate customer warranty and satisfactionsurveys
Secure client payments
Schedule all team technicians
Support the hiring of all teamtechnicians
Manage team technicians

Maintain projectfiles
Attend companymeetings
Perform production work asnecessary
Additionalduties as requestedsuch as answering phones other TCdutiesetcin the event ofabsences.

Coordinates with Marketing for follow-up and job evaluation with customers
Coordinates with customer and administration function fortimelycollection of project payment

Qualifications-Knowledge Skillsand Abilities
Education and Experience
Highschool diploma(or GED)plus three (1) to five (2) years of experience working inconstructionor restoration industry.
Financial Reports and Budgeting
Ability to review completed job costing assess performanceandidentifyareas for improvement.
Technical Skills
Proficient technical skills experienceand certification in the areasof service the company provides.
Mathematical Skills
Adequate math skills. Able toquickly and effectively translate remaining workintomanpowerplanning project completion times and review and assess labor time reporting. Effectively project jobcosts based on workremaining.
Negotiation Skills
Wins by creating advocates not enemies when negotiating.
Computer Skills
Demonstrates intermediate to advancedproficiencyin the use of computers and computer software especially MS Word and Excel. Experience with Xactimate software is a plus.
Listening Skills
Effective in receiving feedback and input from customers and employees probing foradditionalinformation or unspoken issues and providingtimelyresponse.
