Duration: Approx 6 months with potential to extend
Pay rate: $95000 - $105000 per annum plus 12% super
Citizenship requirements: Must have full working rights in Australia
Overview:
This is a unique opportunity to join Elite Supplements in a high-impact dual-principal Executive Assistant role supporting the General Manager and Chief Financial and Operations Officer at the heart of a rapidly growing nationally and internationally recognised brand.
Sitting at the centre of a dynamic and fast-evolving business youll be immersed across operations finance legal HR and major projects playing a critical role in keeping everything moving seamlessly. This position is perfect for an EA who thrives on pace embraces complexity and can confidently juggle competing priorities.
This role operates at a genuinely fast pace with priorities often shifting and multiple demands unfolding at once. Success in this position requires agility resilience and the ability to think quickly stay organised and maintain composure under pressure while keeping momentum across all areas of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars scheduling and meeting coordination with competing priorities
- Triage and prioritise incoming requests daily exercising sound judgement on urgency and sequencing
- Prepare briefing materials agendas correspondence and track follow-up actions
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders including legal finance and operational partners
- Monitor and track action items ensuring timely completion without prompting
- Support coordination of projects across operational financial and administrative functions
- Manage travel arrangements events and ad hoc administrative tasks
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Experience/requirements:
- Must be AI-literate and have a base understanding of AI platforms and their uses
- Strong ability to manage shifting priorities quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders in an Executive Assistant capacity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with modern business systems and technology
