Business Solutions Analyst – SaaS Applications

About the Opportunity

JOB SUMMARY

Business Solutions Analyst SaaS Applications is responsible for evaluating implementing and enhancing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms to support key finance business functions. This role acts as a strategic liaison between Finance business stakeholders IT and software vendors ensuring that SaaS solutions are aligned with Finance organizational goals and deliver maximum value. Also providing support of the continuous improvement associated with feature releases upgrades and enhancements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Finance Information Systems Business or a related field.

• 2 years of experience with SaaS platforms

• Strong analytical and project management skills.

• Experience with platforms such as Workday ServiceNow Jaeggar Transact Concur or similar.

• Workday Finance experience required

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Support business solutions focused on Finance business processes in SaaS application delivery and support

• Oversee the lifecycle of requests including requirements gathering system configuration testing implementation and ongoing optimization.

• Including feature releases enhancements and upgrades

• Partner with stakeholders across NU departments (e.g. HR Finance Operations) to translate business needs into functional technology solutions.

• Collaborate with IT and vendor teams to support system integrations upgrades and new feature rollouts.

• Define and monitor tickets from ServiceNow to ensure problem resolution and SLA maintained.

• Collaborate and support on the development of documentation training materials and change management plans to support system adoption.

• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in SaaS technology and digital transformation.
