Belay Technologies is seeking a Usability/Human Factors Engineer to join our intel team.The UX team collaborates with developers managers and system engineers to ensure intelligence products remain modern cutting-edge and highly usable. The team researches and documents user workflows designs intuitive front-end systems creates mockups engages with users for feedback and works closely with multiple development teams to enhance analyst tools. The team uses tools such as PenPot Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Microsoft Office.

Required Skills:
- Experience conducting user research through surveys focus groups and usability testing to gather and analyze user feedback
- Ability to translate user requirements (personas workflows task flows and user scenarios) into wireframes high-fidelity mockups interactive prototypes and detailed interface design specifications
- Experience collaborating closely with application developers product designers and process engineers to deliver intuitive user-centered solutions
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud Adobe XD PenPot or similar platforms
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- 5 years with a Bachelors in Computer Science (or related field)
Candidates are desired to have the following skills:
- Advanced degrees and certifications related to Human Factors Engineering or Human Centered Computing are a plus.
