• Travel to residential job sites using a company-provided service vehicle
• Perform diagnostics routine maintenance and repairs on whole-home standby generators
• Troubleshoot and service mechanical and electrical components including ATS systems
• Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams blueprints and technical manuals
• Clearly communicate with customers regarding services performed and any recommendations
• Accurately document all work in our service management software
• Follow safety protocols and industry best practices when working around electricity
• Support emergency service calls during weather-related outages or storms as needed

• 1 years of experience in generator service small engine repair or related mechanical/electrical work
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read schematics wiring diagrams and service manuals
• Comfortable working independently in the field with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Physically able to perform job duties including climbing ladders lifting equipment and working in outdoor environments
• Familiarity with residential generator systems and ATS technology is a plus
