Commercial Insurance Assistant Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Assistant Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with 25 years of experience in commercial lines account management particularly those with expertise in large complex multi-line and multi-location accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with the large account team to manage a book of business that leans heavily toward real estate accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong service orientation and a hunger for professional growth.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75000$90000 (commensurate with experience)
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k)
- Work Environment: Hybrid or fully remote options available
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business focused on large complex real estate accounts (500k in size).
- Provide exceptional service to clients ensuring their needs are met with a detail-driven approach.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Collaborate with the large account team and servicing support staff to deliver tailored risk management solutions.
- Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: 25 years in a commercial lines account management role with a focus on large complex accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with real estate and LRO (Lessors Risk Only) accounts is required.
- Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Soft Skills: Strong service orientation attention to detail and a growth mindset.
