Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY
Act as a liaison between clients Litigation Operations and Attorneys. Monitor and complete client-site messages and tasks. Manage loan-related processes in client systems to meet required standards and timelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Use reports and system workflows to identify and escalate issues.
Update cases timely in internal and client systems throughout foreclosure and litigation stages.
Manage document processes including monitoring re-projecting and completion.
Communicate with clients staff and internal departments; respond to inquiries and system messages professionally.
Upload/download documents maintain accurate notes and complete all required client system tasks.
Monitor loan portfolios scorecards and monthly reporting; attend client performance calls.
Keep managers and team leads informed of issues or concerns.

Ability to analyze files for completeness.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with competing priorities.
Ability to work with staff and attorneys across multiple teams and states.

Prior knowledge of foreclosure processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel and Adobe PDF.
Proficiency in client sites including but not limited to Tempo BKFS/ICE ADR Clairfire and Vendorscape.
EDUCATION
Associate Degree or the equivalent in professional experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
