About This Role

As an Operations Center Technician you will serve as a key point of coordination between customers and data center operations teams.Youllmonitorsystems respond to real-time alerts and provide remote hands support that ensures seamless operations for customers relying on Sabeys infrastructure.

This role is ideal for someone early in their IT or data center career who enjoys problem-solving multitasking and working in a highly collaborative environment.Youllgain exposure to mission-critical systems operational processes and emerging technologieswhile buildinga strong foundationfor long-term growth within Sabey.

Your Contribution Will Likely Include

• Providing remote hands support to customers includingtimelyexecution of requests and clear communication

• Monitoring data center systems using alerting and ticketing platforms

• Triaging incoming issues and providing Level 1 support for operational events

• Coordinating with on-site operations teams to communicate customer impacts and updates

• Managing and documenting customer requests activities and reports

• Observing and tracking maintenance activities and issuing notifications as needed

• Supporting internal data center projects and operational initiatives

• Following and helping improve operational processes and procedures

• Identifyingopportunities to enhance service delivery for internal and external customers

• Leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline documentation communication and tracking tasks

Experience You Will Bring

• High School Diploma or GED

• Exposure to Information Technology (IT) or a related field

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks without sacrificing quality

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiencywith Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel Outlook Teams etc.)

• Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies

• Interest in and willingness to use AI tools and automation technologies

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

• Physical ability tolift upto 80 pounds and work with tools as needed

Theanticipatedannual base salary range for this position is $48235 - $72352.

The standard work schedule for this roleis Monday Friday 7am-3pm.
