job purpose: The Master Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining the accuracy consistency and governance of master data across enterprise systems. This role partners with cross-functional teams to enforce data standards resolve data issues and support system and process improvements. The Master Data Analyst ensures high data quality to enable reliable decision-making across the organization.

responsibilities:

• Create and maintain master data assigned across various systems (NetSuite and Dynamics 365)
  • Master data examples include vendors customers items spare parts purchase prices finished goods pricing standard costs bill of materials and projects
• Responsible for documenting and maintaining efficient master data processes including system uploads master data forms process maps and SOPs
• Ensure adherence to defined governance standards
• Conduct master data reviews for completeness consistency and relevance
• Reconcile data across systems and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure scalable efficient processes

skills/qualifications required:

• B.S. in Information Technology Computer Science Information Systems Accounting or related field or 12 years of handson experience in accounting IT or manufacturing support
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
• Strong analytical systems and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Highly curious and tolerant of ambiguity
• Proficient in Microsoft products database software and other applicable accounting and financial software and systems
