Job Description/Responsibilities

As aSenior Learning Specialist youwill play a crucial role in supporting the design and delivery of high-quality engaging and impactful training programs to team members. Thespecialistwill collaborate with subject matter experts across theorganizationto address specific learning outcomesrelated to leadership and organizational development. This position requires a skilled communicator which employes adult learning methodologies to engage diverse audiences.

WhatYoullDo:

  • Facilitateprofessional skills andleadership developmentand other assignedtraining - createengaging and interactive learning content including presentations e-learningand training materials to meet the needs of the learner.
  • Develop design deliver and evaluate relevant learning programs thatfacilitatethe development goals and continuous learning of Sazerac team members on a range of topics including leadership development onboardingand orientationand other training defined by business needs.
  • Evolveand continuouslyimprovelearning programs and contenttomaintainrelevance and engagementbased onlearner feedback andorganizational needs.
  • Supportexpansion of existing leadership development trainingtoorganizationand addition of manager training and high potential team member training.
  • Develop andmaintainreports to track key learning and development metrics including training participation satisfactionandeffectiveness and impact.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Education Training & Development Human Resources ora related field.
  • 5yearsrelevantexperience in learning and development with experience as a training facilitator or similar role delivering engaging and effective training programs.
  • Experience working withsenior leadership to successfully design implement and execute programs.
  • Ability to travel tofacilitatetraining or support implementation of site-based training programs.

Preferred:

  • Leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Certification in facilitation training or related areas.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

The annual salary range for this role is $79000- $ compensation will be based on relevant experience qualifications geographic location and internal pay equity considerations.
